It all began with a simple dream - I wanted to travel once around the world before I start my studies. After my military service I packed my huuuge bag (with a lot of things I didn’t need), booked a round-the-world-ticket and there I was on a plane to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Full of courage and even more of naivety I landed 7 hours later. Nothing was as I imagined. The courage was gone and I didn’t want to leave my hotel room anymore. My first trip had started.
